The business model works by simply hiring desks to freelancers and small businesses in one open plan space. However, there is also a revenue extension strategy in place which will see further income from an inhouse creative agency.
The business is mean a lot to me and there is scope for expansion so I would also be open to giving away 50% equity to the right buyer for £50k. I would also be happy to stay on and manage the business for a couple of months to make for an easy transition.
