Terms of Use


General

Our terms should be read in conjunction with the law of England and Wales and in particular, law of contract. The wording contained herein represents an offer to treat. Your acceptance of our terms of business is performed when successful registration is made for the use of Bizdaq (UK) Ltd, howsoever made. The selling customer will verify information displayed by Bizdaq (UK) Ltd in relation to their business or property and will advise Bizdaq of any inaccuracies. Any material changes which may affect a property's description post instruction must be informed to Bizdaq by the selling customer. An Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement for some businesses for sale in England and Wales and should be in place and displayed with the ad listing within 28 days of the ad being published.


Registered Sellers

As a registered seller on Bizdaq you will select one of three packages. The Monthly Plan at £95+VAT, Three Monthly Plan at £255+VAT and Six Monthly Plan at £390+VAT. Each package provides access to the platform, support and advertising for that period and is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless cancelled. You can cancel this subscription at any time without penalty from within your BizdaqHub. There is no commission payable on any successful transaction.


Recurring packages

All of the packages on Bizdaq are recurring at the end of the term to ensure continuity of your sale. Should you wish to cancel your recurring package you must cancel your current plan from the bizdaqHub within twenty four hours of your next payment being due in order to cancel your subscription. We cannot offer refunds on any of our subscriptions.


7 Day Free Trial Usage

Please read this 7 day free trial information carefully before you submit your information to Bizdaq as a registered seller to participate in the 7 day free trial and/or start using the Bizdaq platform. These terms of use are entered into by you and Bizdaq (UK) Limited.

  1. Use - Bizdaq grants you access to the entire web based Bizdaq service for a period of seven days that are hosted by Bizdaq, or a third party hosting facility designated by Bizdaq and provided as a service.
  2. Granted Access - During the seven day free trial, Bizdaq grants registered sellers non exclusive, revocable and non transferable rights to use the Bizdaq platform for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Bizdaq platform for the sale of a business. Registered sellers may, using the functionality within the Bizdaq platform, configure and modify available features and functionality as part of your evaluation process.
  3. Registered Seller responsibilities will include making efforts to prevent unauthorised access to the Bizdaq platform, and notify Bizdaq in writing of any unauthorised use or access of the Bizdaq platform.
  4. Term - The free trial term commences on the effective date and continues for a period of seven days thereafter (trial period), unless terminated sooner as per point six.
  5. Subscription - If you have not cancelled your free trial within the seven day period, your originally selected subscription will be billed  at the end of your seven day trial, and automatically renew at the end of the subscription period using your original payment details.
  6.  Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your free trial before it ends and your paid subscription begins, you must cancel your plan through the bizdaqHub. Upon cancellation, you have the option to remove your advert immediately or finish the full 7 day trial in its entirety. There will be no charge for cancelling within your free trial.

Upgrades

Seller users will have the option to upgrade their sale by selecting upgrades such as premium listings, professional photography or sales brochures. All available upgrades are listed on the bizdaqHub. These upgrades are one off costs in addition to the monthly subscription.`


Registered Buyers

Our platform is free for buyers to use subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.


Additional Services

Bizdaq will offer its selling and buying clients additional services via our partners such as EPCs and Financial products from which Bizdaq (UK) Ltd may derive commission.

When you transact with Bizdaq (UK) Ltd you are agreeing to accept the terms of use set out, and any additional terms that may be located elsewhere that are brought to your attention. Bizdaq (UK) Ltd may change these terms without notice at any time, so you should revisit these, and any other relevant pages, from time to time prior to further transactions to ascertain what terms of use you are agreeing to. Information held on our website and elsewhere is intended for your general information and, as such, should only be treated as a guide. Bizdaq (UK) Ltd, ‘the company', has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and completeness of its website. It cannot give any representations, assurances, undertakings or warranties about the accuracy, correctness or fitness for purpose regarding the site or any website referred to by it (‘third party site'). Bizdaq (UK) Ltd does not approve or endorse any information contained on any third party site and accepts no responsibility for this information or its content. We will only use any personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it or for other lawful purposes as described. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary for these purposes. All employees who have access to your personal data or are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data. Feedback, Comments and Complaints

The company welcomes your feedback and comments about Bizdaq and its products. If you wish to supply any feedback please email support@mybizdaq.com. In the event of a complaint correspondence should be sent to Bizdaq (UK) Ltd, Riverside Suite, Rose Wharf, East Street, Leeds, LS9 8EE or emailed to support@mybizdaq.com. All complaints will be acknowledged swiftly, investigated and responded to within five working days.


Limitations of Liability

Bizdaq (UK) Ltd its suppliers or other third parties mentioned on this site will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or results of use of this site, any web sites linked to this site or any material or information contained on this site.


Registration and Authentication

The company may in the future require you to register and be authenticated with us in order for you to access extra services. The information will not be used for sending you newsletters or other promotions unless stated.
