Bizdaq (UK) Limited’s CRM, intranet and website are all hosted on two cloud servers hosted with Coherent in the UK. The web servers running on these servers are accessible via a single load balancer, which is also located in the UK. The load balancer is responsible for HTTPS processing and protecting the web servers from high loads.
Our internal data and communications are stored in off site replicated servers and is encrypted in transit and at rest. All user devices are protected by encryption to protect data in the event of loss of a physical device. User logins are protected by secure password and Multi Factor Authentication.
CRM/intranet access for employees is currently secured by a username/password mechanism, which allows for remote access and administration.
When you provide us with personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) that is transmitted digitally is encrypted and protected. When you are on a secure page of our website, a lock icon will appear in most common web browsers.
