Technical and Organisational Security Measures
Bizdaq (UK) Ltd’s CRM, intranet and website are all hosted on two cloud servers hosted with Rackspace in the UK. The web servers running on these servers are accessible via a single load balancer, which is also located in the UK. The load balancer is responsible for HTTPS processing and protecting the web servers from high loads.
Our servers and sensitive data are protected by measures including 24hr physical security (building security, a security guard, locked cabinets) as well as digital security (secure servers, username/password protection).
CRM/intranet access for employees is currently secured by a username/password mechanism, which allows for remote access and administration.
When you provide us with personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) that is transmitted digitally is encrypted and protected. When you are on a secure page of our website, a lock icon will appear in most common web browsers.
While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
